Safe Steps was created from a place of deep passion, patience, and love.
I am a teacher from Brunei Darussalam who has been in the education field since 2007. Over the years, my journey led me to a path that truly shaped my purpose—teaching children with special needs. Since 2019, I have been dedicated to Special Educational Needs (SEN), working closely with students who learn differently, yet beautifully in their own ways.
Through my experience, I have come to understand that progress does not always come in big leaps. Sometimes, it is found in the smallest steps—a task completed, a routine followed, a moment of independence gained. These are the moments that matter most.
Safe Steps was built to support that journey.
It is a space created for children, parents, and educators—a place where learning is broken down into simple, meaningful steps, and where every achievement is valued. My hope is that this platform becomes part of a supportive village, where we uplift one another and walk together towards greater independence for every child.
Because every child deserves the chance to grow, to learn, and to shine—step by step.
